Cooking Guidelines:
Oven Cooking – From Chilled: For optimal results, remove the lamb from the refrigerator and its packaging about 20 minutes before cooking. Preheat your oven to 160°C/350°F/Fan 150°C/Gas Mark 3. Place the lamb in an oven-safe dish, add stock, cover, and cook for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Ensure the lamb is thoroughly heated before serving. Do not reheat. To enhance tenderness and juiciness, allow the lamb to rest uncovered in a warm area for at least 5 minutes after cooking. These cooking instructions are provided as a guide only.
